Rightside: On the Right Path

Today begins another chapter in Rightside’s story – we have filed a Form 10 registration statement with the SEC. This marks the next phase in spinning off from our parent company, Demand Media, in order to become our own, publicly traded company.

As we’ve shared before, the past several years we’ve been a part of a larger group who believes in innovative ways to represent businesses and people on the internet. As we bring memorable new domain names such as .FUTBOL,.NINJA and .SOCIAL to help everyone better tell their stories, Rightside will be working towards sharing our own.

With approximately 15 million domain names under our management and a network of more than 20,000 active resellers and 225,000 retail customers, Rightside is in it for the long haul. We’re invested in new gTLDs, and with dynamic leadership and a world-class technology to build the Rightside brand, we will deliver on our promise to create a unique experience for our customers and partners.
